Return Policy
1. Return Window:
• Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Frames and Accessories:
• Items returned with damages, scratches, or signs of misuse will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Warranty on frames covers natural color changes within one year, excluding exposure to chemicals, perfumes, pool water, or seawater.
3. Ophthalmic Lenses:
• Custom-made ophthalmic lenses based on prescriptions are non-refundable.
• If the prescription provided by the customer or their doctor is incorrect, we offer a 30% discount on a replacement order.
4. Contact Lenses:
• Opened boxes of contact lenses cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Unavailable or Discontinued Frames:
• If a frame under warranty is unavailable or discontinued, the customer is entitled to a credit note or gift card of equivalent value.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to a product issue or defect, the return will be free of cost.
• If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
