Orders

How can I place an order? Once you have selected your item(s), add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you are checking out as a guest, enter your email address, shipping details, preferred payment method, and submit your order.

Do I need my prescription to place an order? You can order from R Eyes Optic with or without a prescription. If you need vision correction, please provide your prescription. If you are shopping for frames only, no prescription is required. Please ensure your prescription is less than one year old, as your vision may change over time.

How do I change or cancel my order?

• Before Delivery: If you need to cancel your order before it arrives, please contact us immediately. You can cancel your order from the “Orders” tab before it is shipped.
• Important: Ophthalmic lenses that have already been glazed cannot be refunded.
• After Delivery: Please refer to our return policy.

How can I search for products on R Eyes Optic’s website? Use the search button in the top right corner or browse categories and subcategories at the top of the page. You can refine your search further by applying filters in the top left corner.

Are R Eyes Optic’s frames guaranteed authentic? Yes, all our products are sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We use high-quality materials such as acetate, steel, and titanium to ensure durability and resistance to wear.

How can I submit my prescription details? To ensure the best vision, provide a valid prescription with sphere, cylinder, axis, and pupillary distance (PD) values. After checkout, you can:

• Enter the prescription details manually.
• Upload an image of your prescription.

Note: Ensure your prescription is less than two years old for accuracy.

Can I use my glasses prescription for ordering contacts and vice versa? No, glasses prescriptions and contact lens prescriptions differ. Contact lenses require specific measurements for proper fit and vision correction.

How do I measure my frame size? Measure in millimeters using the following guide:

• Frame width: Horizontal front width (40mm – 62mm).
• Bridge: Distance between lenses (14mm – 24mm).
• Temple piece: Length of the arm piece (120mm – 150mm).

How do I pick the right frame for my face shape? Match your face shape to the following guidelines:

• Round faces: Bold angular frames like cat-eye.
• Square faces: Round frames to soften features.
• Oval faces: Wide oversized styles.
• Heart faces: Thin round and oval frames.
• Diamond faces: Oval frames balance features.

Which types of lenses do you offer? Our lenses include premium German and Belgian options produced with advanced technology for superior precision.

Do you sell bifocal or progressive lenses? Currently, we only offer single-vision lenses. Additional options will be available soon.

Which lens coatings are available? All lenses come with anti-reflection and scratch-resistant coatings.

What do SPH, CYL, Axis, and PD values mean?

• SPH (Sphere): Main correction for nearsightedness (-) or farsightedness (+).
• CYL (Cylinder): Correction for astigmatism.
• Axis: Orientation of astigmatism.
• PD (Pupillary Distance): Distance between pupils for lens alignment.

Do you accept insurance? Currently, we do not work directly with insurance providers. However, we can provide invoices or receipts to assist with claims.

How do I ensure the glasses fit my face? Review detailed frame specifications or contact our customer care team for assistance.

How should I care for my sunglasses? Clean with a lens cleaning cloth and avoid abrasive materials. Store in a protective case when not in use.

What are polarized sunglasses? Polarized lenses reduce glare from reflective surfaces, improving comfort and clarity in bright conditions.

What are the benefits of gradient lenses? Gradient lenses transition from dark to light, offering UV protection and convenient vision.

What is the purpose of different lens colors?

• Green: Reduces glare; ideal for sports.
• Gray: Suitable for varying light conditions.
• Blue/Purple: Enhances definition in misty conditions.
• Red/Rose: Reduces eyestrain and improves clarity.
• Yellow/Orange: Enhances clarity in low light.

Contact Lenses

Who can wear contact lenses? Anyone can wear them with proper fitting and care. Consult an ophthalmologist to confirm suitability.

Are there contact lenses for astigmatism? Yes, Toric lenses are designed for astigmatism.

How do I care for contact lenses?

• Clean and disinfect regularly.
• Follow replacement schedules.
• Wash hands before handling lenses.

Can I change my eye color with lenses? Yes, colored lenses are available, with or without prescription.

How long does it take to get used to contact lenses? Adjustment takes one day to two weeks.

Where do you ship? R Eyes Optic delivers to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Additional fees may apply depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• UAE: 24-48 hours.
• International: Up to 72 hours.

How do I track my order? We send status updates and a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in the “My Account” section.
